The Montolit GECONE is a battery-powered suction cup for manually lifting and moving ceramic tiles, glass, granite and marble.
GECONE comes standard with three interchangeable sealing rings for smooth or textured and 3D surfaces.
As a result, you are suddenly equipped for all situations.
The black foam ring is especially for rough surfaces. It takes horizontally to max 180kg and vertically to max 50kg.
The black ribbed ring is for 2cm thick tiles and slabs. It takes horizontally to max 200kg and vertically to max 100kg.
The red ring, made of stain-resistant rubber, is for standard tiles and also for thin tiles if you install the red square. It takes horizontally up to 180kg and vertically up to 50kg.

The new line of machines Power 5 is based on the fundamental advantage of “All in One” (always ready for action!) and includes the distinctive characteristics that have made the “Masterpiuma” the worldwide leader in the field of professional tile cutters. Everything has been redesigned to tackle the most recent and innovative ceramic materials (including new formats of increasingly tough porcelain but also extremely delicate vitrified tiles) with a view to giving an overall improved performance!

The 5 important “dynamic characteristics” are:

1 – STRUCTURED MODULAR FRAME
The light alloy frames are sized and structured in the points of greatest stress with the insertion of “reinforcement brackets and ribs” that optimise the behaviour of the machine for front cuts, thick cuts, or full body porcelain.

2 – MULTIFUNCTIONAL GONIOMETRICAL SQUARE
The oversized goniometric square is almost symmetrical and can rotate both to the right (+ 45 °) and to the left (- 45 °), allowing precise cuts in succession at any angle thanks to the ingenious folding stop, maintaining the impressive Montolit feature of being able to be closed within the shape of the machine. This is ideal for accuracy as well as setting up and closing quickly on the job site, handling and transporting.

3 – STRENGTH INDICATORS
The incision handle contains many advantages:
– The ability for the operator to manage the incision depth and the splitting force. The pressure exerted can be controlled and modulated perfectly at your own discretion. The handle guides the operator according to the requirements dictated by the different materials, meaning that the operator can face structured, very thick tiles (up to 20mm) or very thin glass mosaic without any fear. The work in designing and modelling of the handle gives even more advantages to the sensitive nature of push engraving.
– The double trestle splitting system has a built-in scratch-resistant polymer. This is a single component piece which can be closed for normal cuts (this doesn’t require any retraction of the handle after the first incision), and then opened for cuts on the corners of tiles or for mosaic sheets.
– The integrated lubricant which can be used when required, by giving a slight squeeze on the dispenser.
– The tungsten carbide engraving wheel, coating in titanium, is clearly visible, and is guaranteed for 5,000 meters, but if needed is quick and easy to replace.
• The R.A.S. (Roller Adjuster System) A cylinder made of anti-friction and wear-resistant material which always maintains contact with the bar / crosspiece, effectively eliminating any lateral movement, and guarantees perfect sliding of the incision handle and therefore always super-precise engravings.

4 – LATERAL SUPPORTS
An expanded support surface (63P5) or robust die-cast aluminium wings are perfectly integrated into the frames, ensuring an improved support to large tiles with diagonal cuts, without leaving the machine profile.

5 – DESIGNED FOR LARGE SIZES
The Range of Masterpiuma Power 5 super-professional tile cutters includes models 63P5 (cm 63×63), 75P5 (cm75x75) and 93P5 (cm 93×93) and the brand new 131P5 (cm 131×131) and 161P5 (cm 161×161) are added to better accommodate the latest trends in ceramic tiles.

All components are 100% recyclable, and the machine is naturally 100% Made in Italy.

Vibrating Suction Cup Details:

Suction cup for ceramic, porcelain stoneware, granite, marble and glass tiles and slabs.

Powered by lithium-ion batteries, it is compact and light and allows, in the case of small / medium-sized tiles, to be positioned by means of a suction cup and subsequent vibration to eliminate any air bubbles which, if trapped between the adhesive and the tile, could cause breakage.

In the case of large slabs, use is essential to ensure perfect adhesion of the glue and to avoid annoying and dangerous “gaps”.

The intensity of the vibration is adjustable from 5,000 to 18,000 vibrations / minute by means of a potentiometer located near the handle.

Handling System Details:

Superlift: versatile frame for handling latest generation ceramic slabs that have become increasingly large and heavy.
Made of telescopic tubular steel (unique on the market) then galvanized, it guarantees even the most “critical” or thin slabs maximum rigidity, avoiding waving or bending that are harmful to the slab but above all dangerous for the operators (before being laid the slabs can be lifted, turned, placed vertically, carried on stairs, etc.).

Superlift can be easily disassembled to facilitate transport and is completely modular, being able to assume the most varied configurations according to the shape and characteristics of the piece to be handled, moreover, to the standard configuration with 4 suction cups, other extra suction cups can be added for processing or particular materials that can be positioned anywhere. on the frame.

The suction cups, fundamental components of Superlift, are large (200 mm) and are equipped with a double warning system via analog vacuum gauge and linear indicator on the pumping unit. Made of non-marking rubber, they can be easily positioned in any position on the frame according to needs. The clamping system on the bars and on the suction cup supports makes the “modeling” of the frame very quick, precise and safe.

The handles at the ends of the bars, ergonomic and in non-slip rubber, provide special supports in plastic material to facilitate the vertical approach of the slab to the walls, avoiding scratching the flooring.
The telescopic handle system allows to handle slabs with lengths up to 380 cm.
The use of supports with wheels for transporting the slabs on wheels and applying the glue constitutes a very complete kit for handling and positioning the slabs.
